At DTF XPress, we work hard to ensure fast, reliable, and consistent order fulfillment so you receive your products exactly when you need them. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery expectations, and weekend cutoffs.
Order Processing & Turnaround Time

Weekday Turnaround:
Most weekday orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. -
Friday Cutoff:
Any order placed after 2:00 PM (Local Time) on Friday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday. -
Large Orders:
While most orders ship within 24 hours, large-volume orders may require additional processing time.
You may state: “Ships next day if ordered after 2 PM.”
Daily Cutoff Time

Our daily production cycle resets at 2:00 PM.

Orders placed before 2 PM will enter same-day processing.

Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout:

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Order Tracking

Delays & Exceptions

Severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, and custom artwork issues can impact delivery times.

Incorrect shipping addresses may result in delays or returned shipments.

Orders containing artwork that does not meet printing requirements may take longer until corrections are made.
Returns & Replacements
Because DTF prints and transfers are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order contains an error, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
